windows 7 on tablet pc by ASUS

They weren't joking when ASUS said they had some tablets in store for us this year. The Eee Pad runs Windows 7, and comes in two sizes: 10 and 12-inches.
While full specs haven't yet been announced, we do know there's a webcam "for video conferencing capabilities," and it recognizes handwriting (along with a virtual keyboard just in case your handwriting isn't quite up to scratch). It comes with a "docking station-cum keyboard," to turn it into a faux-desktop.
Powered by Intel's Core 2 Duo CULV chips, there's supposedly enough battery power in each of the two Eee Pads for 10 hours' use. The 10-inch EP101TC weighs 675g, and is just 12.2mm thick.

best smart phone untill i phone 4g launch

ANOTHER HIGH end Android phone launch is around the corner and has already raised many anticipatory expectations. The HTC Evo 4G will be launched by Sprint next month, on June 4. On Wednesday, the company announced its pricing of the first 4G enabled phone to be released in US and as competition to the Apple iPhone. The HTC Evo 4G will be available with a Sprint two year contract for $199.99. While the phone details were announced earlier, this announcement about price follows earlier information released about the phone.
In contrast to the Apple iPhone 4G, a prototype of which was recently leaked into the technology media, the HTC Evo 4G has been steadily building up for its June 4 release, with time to time information about the phone. Moreover, even though the iPhone 4G will be released in June and probably within the same price band, theHTC Evo 4G, has a chance to grab phone enthusiasts because of its earlier release.
The specifications of the HTC Evo 4G include a 4.3 invh LCD screen, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, an eight mega pixel camera avilable on the back, apart from a 1.3 mega pixel camera on the back, and a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front. The HTC Sense UI enabled device will run on Google Android 2.1.
The HTC Evo 4G will feature streaming of YouTube videos in high quality mode, according to Sprint, apart from a host of other features. It will have four virtual touch sensitive navigation buttons - Home, Menu, Back, Search. It can connect upto eight Wi-Fi-enabled devices and will support simultaneous voice and data.

heavy crowds for iPads overseas; supply questions remain

Apple released the ipad outside the U.S. on Friday, which should prove to be a big day for the company internationally given the large crowds that turned out, according to reports. Supplies of the tablet device, however, may be limited overseas.
With much of the tech world's attention focused on the international release of Apple's iPad, Reuters reports that Apple may still be dealing with supply issues that forced the company to delay its original international launch date to help satisfy domestic demand.
Apple's iPad is now on sale in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Great Britain, Japan, Australia, and Canada with an impending release in China and other countries yet to be announced. Reuters, in it's report on supply constraints, quotes Andy Hargreaves, a U.S.-based analyst at Pacific Crest Securities who predicts that, "there's still going to be supply constraints, but I'm expecting them to sell every single thing they can ship."
The supply crunch seems to be mostly caused by Apple parts suppliers being unable to manufacture the products in a sufficient quantity. Needless to say though, it appears iPad is a runaway hit for Apple and Friday's international release will only serve to bolster the company's impressive revenue on the new device, as long as suppliers can keep producing units.
